1. Parties and service

These terms are between HUBtech s. r. o., company ID 56 882 815, Werferova 3782/6, 040 11 Košice, Slovakia ("we") and the business or person using the service ("you"). The service connects your marketing accounts and lets you read their data in your AI client (Claude or ChatGPT), in Google Sheets, in a preview and by export, and, for Meta Ads, change campaigns from your AI client. You must be a business or act for one.

2. Account, plans and payment

  • Plans and limits are shown on our pricing page: [Free, trial, Basic, Standard — confirm]. Prices are in EUR excluding VAT; VAT applies as required (reverse charge with a valid EU VAT ID).
  • Billing is monthly or annual through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; downgrades take effect at period end. [Refund policy — lawyer.]
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.

3. Your data and connections

You authorize us to access the accounts you connect and to download data when you ask. We keep downloaded data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may revoke access at any time; related data is deleted within 30 days. You may export stored history on request.

4. Your AI client

When you ask, data is passed to your own AI client. Anthropic or OpenAI are your recipients, under your agreement with them. You are responsible for choosing a plan and settings that suit your data. Copies in your AI client, sheets and exports are yours to manage. Data returned by the platforms (for example reviews, comments, lead answers) may contain text written by third parties; you should treat it as data, not instructions.

5. Meta campaign management

  • Campaign management is off by default and can be enabled only by your organization owner, who sets the limits. [Availability by plan — confirm.]
  • Each change that costs money is proposed first and executed only after you confirm it in your AI client. Limits are enforced by us and cannot be exceeded; they can be lowered from chat and raised only in the web settings.
  • New campaigns are created paused. Actions are logged and can be reverted.
  • You are the advertiser. You own the ad content, targeting, budgets and decisions, and you are responsible for compliance with Meta's policies and with advertising and consumer law. We act as a processor on your instruction. Review every proposal before confirming it.
  • AI clients can make mistakes. Our limits reduce, but cannot remove, the risk of unwanted spend. [Liability treatment — lawyer.]

6. Lead details

Showing lead details in your AI client or exports needs the workspace switch and acknowledgement described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm that your lead form's privacy notice covers this processing and that you are the controller and responsible for any impact assessment.

7. Third-party platforms

The service depends on Google, Meta, Anthropic, OpenAI and others. Their rules, availability, permissions and data changes are outside our control. We do not guarantee that a platform will keep granting access. Figures come from the platforms; we check spend and clicks with each download and show the result, but platform numbers can be restated by the platform.

8. Acceptable use

No illegal use; no breaking platform terms; no attempts to bypass limits, access other workspaces or overload the service; no use of lead or personal data without a legal basis.

9. Support and availability

Support is by email from hello@getkumula.com. [Reply target — only state it if it will hold.] The service is provided as available; we give 30 days' notice before any shutdown. The service runs on a single server: if it fails, the last few minutes of data may be lost and a restore can take several hours. Backups are kept 30 days.

10. Liability

11. Term and termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend for breach or non-payment. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy and offer an export on request.
